Woodworks Custom Homes was founded in 2011 by Gil Mendes and now operates with a core crew of highly trained carpenters. Gil found his passion for construction early on and worked for almost ten years as a licensed contractor in Boston before launching Woodworks. He’s an out-of-the-box thinker with the skills to turn old, uncomfortable houses into fresh, functional new spaces. In addition to residential remodels, commercial renovation, and contracting services, we also offer custom home builds.

 

We know that home construction and remodeling can be stressful. We strive to make the process as simple and seamless as possible by working directly with your architect and designer, keeping you informed throughout the process, and answering all of your questions with straight answers. Gil is attentive, courteous, and always on call for your peace of mind.
